Pam Godbois, LICSW, is a trauma-informed therapist turned intuitive coach and somatic healing guide with over 25 years of experience helping women reclaim safety, softness, and sovereignty in their bodies.
Her work blends nervous system science, embodied psychology, energy work, and feminine wisdom to support midlife women in unwinding decades of bracing, burnout, and emotional over-functioning.
Pam is the creator of The Aligned Woman Secret Podcast and Living CALM, and leads transformational retreats and healing communities where women learn to return to themselves—steadily, gently, and without perfection.
