Rooted · A Sacred Sisterhood

You've held it together
for so long.

This is the exhale.

You can hold a lot. You can figure things out. You can keep going.

That's never been the problem.

The problem is — your body doesn't know how to stop.

You're not falling apart.
That's almost the problem.

You're functioning. Highly, even. You show up, you deliver, you hold space for everyone in your orbit — your clients, your family, your community. You're the one people call. The one who figures it out.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that — you disappeared.

Not dramatically. Not all at once.
Gradually. Quietly.
The way women like you tend to do things.

You've tried to come back to yourself. Therapy, retreats, yoga, journaling — each of them touched something real. But then life got loud again, and the thread slipped.

Not because you're undisciplined.
Because you've been doing it alone.

Healing doesn't fade because you don't care. It fades because there's nowhere for it to live. No rhythm. No container. No one holding the space while you're in it.

You can have the insight, the practice, the intention — and still lose it by Wednesday.

Why this exists
Healing needs a home.
Not a program to complete.
Not a course to keep up with.

A place to return to — again and again — no matter what life is doing around you.

Rooted was built because I needed it too. I know what it's like to carry the knowledge, the training, the insight — and still feel disconnected from my body and my rhythm.

I didn't need another modality. I needed a place where everything I practiced could live together. In rhythm. In community. In real life.

This is that place.
What's inside
A living rhythm —
not another thing
to keep up with.

Rooted is a six-month sacred sisterhood for women ready to stop leaving themselves last.

Everything inside is designed to meet you where you are — whether you have ten minutes or an entire evening, whether you show up live or return later.

Monthly Sacred Circle Call
A live gathering to be witnessed, held, and heard — without fixing, performing, or explaining yourself. Recorded if you can't make it live. Nothing is ever lost.
Full & New Moon Ceremonies
A rhythm older than productivity culture. We mark the moon because your body already knows how to move with it — you've just never been given permission to listen.
Somatic Practice Library
Breathwork, movement, grounding, and nervous system regulation — released monthly and yours to return to anytime. Not to check off. To inhabit.
Pocket Coaching
Real support for real life — not just the scheduled parts of it. For the moment between sessions when something surfaces and you need a steady hand.
Monthly Integration Guide
One thoughtfully crafted resource per month. No overwhelm. No noise. Just what you need to integrate what's shifting.
Private Sisterhood Space
A quiet, off-social-media container for real connection with women who speak the same language of depth, devotion, and coming home to themselves.

Everything is optional. Nothing is rushed. You cannot fall behind.

How it fits
Rooted fits inside
a real life
not the one you wish you had.

You drop in when you can. You return to recordings when you can't. You use the practices in ten minutes or an entire evening.

There is no perfect way to be in Rooted.
There is only your way.

  • Show up to the live circle or listen later with your coffee
  • Use a ten-minute practice between clients or a full hour on Sunday
  • Let the moon ceremony anchor your month — or return to the recording
  • Reach for pocket coaching when you need it, not on a schedule
  • Read the integration guide when you're ready — it will wait
There is no falling behind.

The woman who has been strong for everyone —
and is ready to be held.

You're probably here because —

  • You're in your 40s or beyond, and something in you is asking for more than you've been allowing
  • You give generously — to clients, family, work — and you're quietly running low in a way rest alone doesn't fix
  • You've done some inner work and you're tired of doing it in pieces, alone
  • You want depth without pressure and community without performance
  • You want to stop knowing about coming home to yourself — and actually feel what that's like
  • You're the helper, the healer, the strong one — and you're ready to be on the receiving end for once

This may not be for you if —

  • You're looking for a structured curriculum to complete on a schedule
  • You want fast results or constant direction
  • You're not ready to slow down and be with yourself

"You don't arrive at Rooted because things fell apart. You arrive because you've already done so much work — and you're tired of doing it alone."

I didn't build Rooted from theory.

I built it from the years I spent being the strong one — holding space for everyone else while quietly losing the thread of myself. From the moment my body finally said enough in a way I couldn't ignore. From learning, slowly and humbly, what it actually means to come home.

I work at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic practice, and spiritual integration. I've led retreats and healing containers for over 13 years. I bring all of it here — not as a method, but as a lived experience I keep returning to alongside you.

I'm not ahead of you on this path. I'm walking it too.

You've taken care of everyone else

for a long time.

Rooted is where you finally get to be
the one who is held.

The only requirement is that you're willing to slow down and be honest with yourself.
That's enough.
