You can hold a lot. You can figure things out. You can keep going.
That's never been the problem.
The problem is — your body doesn't know how to stop.
You're not falling apart.
That's almost the problem.
You're functioning. Highly, even. You show up, you deliver, you hold space for everyone in your orbit — your clients, your family, your community. You're the one people call. The one who figures it out.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that — you disappeared.
Not dramatically. Not all at once.
Gradually. Quietly.
The way women like you tend to do things.
You've tried to come back to yourself. Therapy, retreats, yoga, journaling — each of them touched something real. But then life got loud again, and the thread slipped.
Not because you're undisciplined.
Because you've been doing it alone.
Healing doesn't fade because you don't care. It fades because there's nowhere for it to live. No rhythm. No container. No one holding the space while you're in it.
You can have the insight, the practice, the intention — and still lose it by Wednesday.
A place to return to — again and again — no matter what life is doing around you.
Rooted was built because I needed it too. I know what it's like to carry the knowledge, the training, the insight — and still feel disconnected from my body and my rhythm.
I didn't need another modality. I needed a place where everything I practiced could live together. In rhythm. In community. In real life.
Rooted is a six-month sacred sisterhood for women ready to stop leaving themselves last.
Everything inside is designed to meet you where you are — whether you have ten minutes or an entire evening, whether you show up live or return later.
Everything is optional. Nothing is rushed. You cannot fall behind.
You drop in when you can. You return to recordings when you can't. You use the practices in ten minutes or an entire evening.
There is no perfect way to be in Rooted.
There is only your way.
"You don't arrive at Rooted because things fell apart. You arrive because you've already done so much work — and you're tired of doing it alone."
I didn't build Rooted from theory.
I built it from the years I spent being the strong one — holding space for everyone else while quietly losing the thread of myself. From the moment my body finally said enough in a way I couldn't ignore. From learning, slowly and humbly, what it actually means to come home.
I work at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic practice, and spiritual integration. I've led retreats and healing containers for over 13 years. I bring all of it here — not as a method, but as a lived experience I keep returning to alongside you.
I'm not ahead of you on this path. I'm walking it too.
Enrollment is rolling — you begin when you're ready. Everything inside is waiting for you the moment you arrive.
Enrollment is rolling. Begin when you're ready.
The only requirement is that you're willing to slow down and be honest with yourself.
That's enough.
