9. Communities, Memberships & Live Calls
If you participate in a community, group, or live experience, you agree to:

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms or compromises the safety or integrity of the space. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Events, Retreats & In-Person Experiences
For retreats or in-person events, additional policies and waivers may apply and will be communicated separately.
You are responsible for your own travel, health needs, medications, and personal safety unless otherwise stated in writing.
11. Physical Products & Shipments
If an offering includes physical items (such as ritual kits), shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks used in place of contacting the Company for support are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to revoke access and pursue lawful collection if a chargeback is initiated without prior communication.
