Apollo Sunrise Center

Merrimac, MA

If you are tired of living in go-mode…
tired of holding everything together…
tired of feeling disconnected from your own body…

This 3-hour immersive mini-retreat is your invitation to soften.

Root to Rise is a guided nervous system reset for women ready to step out of survival mode and return to grounded presence.

Led by somatic therapist and embodiment guide Pam Godbois, LICSW, E-RYT 500, alongside sound practitioner Cassia Daches, RYT 500, this experience blends:

• Restorative yoga
• Somatic release work
• Guided reflection + journaling
• Deep vibrational sound healing
• Intention setting + integration

This is not just relaxation.

It is recalibration.

No yoga experience required. Just come as you are.

Come with the weight of it all. Leave with a little more space to breathe.

What People are saying

What profoundly supported me in reconnecting with myself during the retreat was being surrounded by like-minded people who truly understood me, allowing me to dive deeper into the healing process. Sharing similar struggles and recognizing patterns in each other served as a powerful mirror, helping me release self-loathing and reclaim self-love. Attending the retreat with a dear friend and witnessing her deserve love, wellness, and serenity opened the door for me to believe that I, too, deserve these things. This experience helped me shift my perspective and embrace the possibility of my own healing.

UNAVAILABLE: THE RETREAT

June 4-7, 2026

Good Commons

Plymouth,VT

There comes a moment when you realize you can’t keep carrying what was never yours.

You’ve done the work.
You’re self-aware.
You understand patterns.

And yet your body is still bracing.
Still scanning.
Still subtly available for everyone else’s emotions, expectations, and emergencies.

Unavailable is a 4-day immersive retreat designed for women who are ready to stop over-functioning — not through force, but through embodiment.

This is not a retreat about becoming harder.

It is about becoming steadier.

Through restorative yoga, somatic regulation, guided rituals, sound healing, and embodied teaching, you will learn how to:

• Stabilize your nervous system in uncertain times
• Recognize where you are energetically overextended
• Release unconscious energetic contracts
• Reclaim your internal authority
• Become unavailable for what is not yours to carry

This experience is intimate by design.
Slow. Grounded. Deep.

It is for women who feel the collective pressure of the world — and are ready to stop absorbing it.

If your body has been asking for relief…
If you are craving steadiness over intensity…
If you are ready to lead your life from regulation instead of reaction…

This is your invitation.

Weekly Yoga

Thursdays 6:00PM - 7:00PM

Whipple Free Library

New Boston, NH

This weekly yoga class is a chance to slow down and return to your body.

We move through simple, accessible yoga postures, guided breathwork, and space to unwind from the pace of the week. The focus isn’t on performing poses or keeping up — it’s on noticing what’s happening in your body and letting movement help you release tension, reset, and breathe a little deeper.

My approach blends traditional yoga with the body-awareness work I use in my therapy and coaching practice. On the surface, it’s a yoga class. Underneath, it’s an opportunity to step out of the constant noise of the mind and reconnect with the steadiness that already exists in the body.

People often leave feeling looser, calmer, and more grounded than when they arrived.

No yoga experience is necessary. Just come as you are.
