About the Retreat
There is no doubt that a summer yoga retreat is like summer camp. And if you have been to Good Commons in Plymouth, VT, you know that is certainly the case here, that is if camp has, amazing food, wonderful accommodations and awesome yoga classes. But what is so reminiscent of Summer Camp are the amazing relationships that are built and the connections made to self, the community and nature.
In addition to 6 amazing Yoga classes and accommodations at the quaint and lovely Good Commons, you will have the opportunity to sample incredible farm to table meals, delicious snacks and desserts, all locally sourced and crafted by the ever amazing Alejandra Ramos.
Between your morning and evening yoga practices, and the amazing food, there will be ample time to relax and play. Enjoy swimming, hiking local trails, touring breweries, water fall jumping, learn to paddleboard, wander the wild flower garden for a chance to meditate, or just hang out and relax at local lakes. There is a brand new hot tub for soaking day or night, a fire pit – bring on the s’mores! – and lots of places for reading or chilling with friends or on your own.
Pam and Kelly met during their teacher training in Boston and have been friends ever since. Their teaching styles vary, which makes them the perfect pair to run this relaxing, uplifting and fun retreat. Be prepared to grow, make new friends and rediscover yourself.
There is also a wonderfully talented massage therapist/body worker offering her services over the weekend for an additional cost.
